Self Assessed Clearance (SAC) declarations were added to The Customs Act 1901 (as amended) in October 2005.  It became quickly apparent that SAC declarations fell outside the traditional Customs clearance category and a specialist was needed to assist importers who fell in to the SAC declaration category. 

We established SAC’s Cargo Clearances in November 2005, with our Head Office based in Brisbane, Australia (if you aren’t based Brisbane, don’t worry, you can be assured the same service no matter where you are based in Australia; majority of our work is completed over the phone and internet). 

Providing you with Customs clearance services Australia-wide, we specialise in Customs clearances for air and sea freight shipments with goods that have a value of AUD$1000 or under. We are SAC declaration specialists and it is our job to ensure your imports are cleared quickly and without hassle.
