Dealing electronically with Australia Customs Service & AQIS (Quarantine) allows SAC entries to be generated within minutes of documents being registered in our system. This means your clearance is usually completed within 1/2 hour and cargo can be collected from the CTO/Bond store/Depot once clearance is confirmed.

We also understand that many importers would like advice or assistance with the best way to import their goods. We also understand that cost is an important issue to you and offer a variety of options for your from full service support (Customs and AQIS clearance and delivery to your door) to assistance with DIY for AQIS and collection directly from where your goods are being held.
We organise your Customs clearance from ANYWHERE in Australia, regardless of where you are and which airport or port the goods arrive at.
Most SAC declarations take 1/2 hour to complete and once your goods are cleared you can collect them from the CTO/Bond store/Depot where they are held.
We are AQIS accredited and for your convenience and we offer you two options to help you save your time and money. You can organise the AQIS clearance yourself (we will provide you with a DIY information sheet) or we can complete the AQIS clearance on your behalf.
If your goods require further treatment, such as fumigation, gamma radiation or you decide to opt for destruction, we organise this for you.

So you have complete records of your shipments we supply you with full documentation of your Customs clearance. We can also provide you with landed cost reports, so you know exactly what you are paying for and who you are paying it to.
Wherever you are in Australia, we will organise your Customs clearance for you. Once the clearance is completed you can either collect your goods yourself or we are happy to organise delivery for you.
SAC declaration clearances start from AUD$125 (plus GST) for Air Freight and AUD$145 (plus GST) for Sea Freight.
Please note other charges including, but not limited to, CTO charges, cargo reporter charges, AQIS fees and inspections, AQIS attendance, treatment fees, duty/GST on tobacco or alcohol products and cartage are not included in the above amounts.
